Chief Executive Officer/Founder/Head Teacher
Ms. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Youth Ministry and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. She is certified in Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED. She has served in several roles such as Lead teacher, Childcare Director, Enrollment Specialist, Celebrity and High Profile Nanny and Infant and Toddler Department head. Ms. Tiffany is a childcare empowerment speaker, author, childcare coach and consultant. Ms.Tiffany is a dedicated educator with over 20 years of experience in early childhood education. She also holds certification as a childcare director and owner, certified childbirth doula, childbirth Educator, newborn care specialist and infant and toddler sleep trainer.She is committed to creating a faith based foundation, with a Christian environment , providing nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners with structure, warmth, and a tailored curriculum.

Mr. Princess holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Christian Counseling, Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Master of Education in Middle Grade Math.She previously served as an educator for almost 20 years. She holds multiple certifications in Educational leadership and Administration, and instruction and curriculum. She is an Emotional wellness strategist and Education Consultant. Ms. Princess is passionate about helping employees emotionally and mentally. She is an advocate for thriving families, schools and communities and we are honored to have her on the team!
